Welcome to my blog! I have been looking so forward to getting started here. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Kim. I am a wife, of 28 years, to a wonderful husband, and a mom to two amazing young adult children. Our daughter, Megan, was married this past August, seven weeks later our son, Joshua, left to attend Bible School in Oregon.
In a short time, my husband and I became empty nesters. It’s taken some getting used to, but I must admit it has been fun. It will be short-lived since Joshua will be coming home in May. That’s okay with us though – we miss him! I plan on using this time doing what I love – cooking, homemaking, writing, thrifting and sharing.
I plan on “serving up” all kinds of delicious, fun and interesting things here. Everything from cooking and baking recipes to inspirational thoughts, and much more. Please visit again soon and see what I’ve been up to.
