Homestyle Gathering is your weekly homekeeping destination! A place where you can share inspiration, find inspiration and make new friends.

Hey there! Welcome to Homestyle Gathering! I’m so glad you’re here!

Can you believe we’re in the last week of October? This month has flown by me for sure. Two days from now, the little trick or treaters will be out and about. We never have trick or treaters where we live because we’re so far out in the country, but we enjoy walking with our little grandchildren when they go. Then we usually all go out for pizza. It’s a fun evening. Do you have little trick or treaters?

If you missed last week’s party, you can find all the fabulous inspiration that was shared here.

Also, be sure to check out my Homestyle Gathering Link Party board – you’ll find each week’s features pinned to this board.

Let’s get the party rolling!

Here’s what I’ve been up to:

  2. Have fun with your grandkids on Halloween, we’ll be spending the evening with ours too. It’ll be our granddaughter’s first-time trick or treating so that should be fun to watch. Thanks for hosting :)

    1. Hi Marie!
We had severe thunderstorms with rotations come through, so trick or treating was canceled in a lot of places. Seriously, it was a good call because it got really nasty here. We were under tornado watches all evening into the night. It was rescheduled for tonight – this is a first. Thanks for sharing at HG!

  7. Thanks for the party, Kim. We no longer have many young children in our neighborhood, so we get very few trick or treaters. This year, I’m going to my daughter’s house for a block party. Should be fun! I hope you have a fun evening with your grandchildren.

  8. Love these beautiful features, Kim, they have me in the mood for Thanksgiving! I hope you have tons of fun with the trick or treating with the littles this year. October has been so much fun but I’m with you, it’s gone by way too fast! Hugs, CoCo
