Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

- 1 22 oz. package frozen mashed potatoes
- 1/2 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
