Pour the cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
Combine the white chocolate, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir; then microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
In a gallon size ziploc bag combine the powdered sugar and the lemon gelatin powder, mix well.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer the cereal into the bag and shake until cereal is evenly coated. Dump mix onto cookie sheets to cool. Enjoy!
