Ingredients
  

  • Strawberries
  • White chocolate (baking squares,or chips work fine, or white melting chips, or almond bark)
  • Blue sanding sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry strawberries making sure berries are completely dry. In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate (or candy coating, melting chips) in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. If using white chocolate add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil to every 1/2 cup of chocolate squares or chips to make dipping easier.
  • Dip berries into chocolate, and then into sanding sugar. Place on wax paper until set.
  • These are best if eaten the same day they are prepared.
