Snack Mix Squares

  • 2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, halved
  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups M&M's
  • 1 cup peanuts (I used Spanish peanuts.)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 bag,10.5 oz miniature marshmallows


  • In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, cereal, M&M's and peanuts. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt butter, peanut butter and light corn syrup over low heat.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Working quickly, pour over pretzel mixture; stirring well to coat.
  • Press into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Cool until firm and cut into bars.


Make pressing mixture into pan easy by spraying your hand or the back of a wooden spoon with non-stick cooking oil.
