Make The Best Banana Nut Bread {With A Twist}

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup nuts pecans or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease two bread pans
  •  Mix the cream cheese and eggs on low speed.
  • Add 1 cup of the bananas and 1/2 cup of the cake mix; beat on medium speed
  • Add the remaining bananas and cake mix and blend well.  Stir in the nuts.
  • Pour batter into greased pans
  •  Bake 45 minutes. Cool in pans
    * Times can vary depending on your oven.  I take mine out at 42 minutes.
