Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, marshmallows, and chocolate chips, and in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
  2. Cool, stirring occasionally.
  3. Whip the cream and add to the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Spoon into 6 individual dessert dishes. Cover tightly and refrigerate for several hours.
