Hi Nancy! I’m so glad you loved the pie! The recipe is for one pie, but you’re right. It does make an ample amount of filling. It might be possible to make two smaller pies with it, but I’ve never tried it. Thanks so much for stopping by, and Happy New Year.

I made this recipe and it was delicious! I didn’t see in the directions, however, dividing the milk. The second time I made the recipe I put some of the milk with the egg, sugar and corn starch. It made mixing a lot easier. Is this recipe for one pie or two? It makes a lot of filling. No complaints, it is really terrific.
