You will not be disappointed in this roast, Kim!  I have other roast recipes to try and have not been able to bring myself to make them.  I have even bought the roast with the intentions of using a different recipe or method and quickly convince myself to just make this one.  (My family loves it when that happens.)  One of these days I&#039;m going to have to bite the bullet and try more. ;)  Let me know how you like it.]]></description>
