You will not be disappointed in this roast, Kim! I have other roast recipes to try and have not been able to bring myself to make them. I have even bought the roast with the intentions of using a different recipe or method and quickly convince myself to just make this one. (My family loves it when that happens.) One of these days I’m going to have to bite the bullet and try more. ;) Let me know how you like it.
