In reply to Mommy04. Hi Mommy04! Thanks so much for giving this a try and for your feedback. This is a spread. It would be more comparable to peanut butter than to a dip. I've never used it as a dip, so I don't know what adjustments to advise. I hope this helps.

It’s delicious but once it cools, it’s pretty firm. my deli style pretzels break when I’m trying to dip them. What kind of adjustment should I make?

Yes it does . I halved the recipe and just poured it into 3 half pint jars due to small household No refrigeration needed but l keep 2 in the pantry and one in the fridge because dh prefers it cold . better than any we purchased over the years at several different locations . That’s according to my husband the peanut spread lover :-) .
